“0900” numbers may be billed from 0,00 to 2,99 Euro p. minute OR a one-time set-up charge of up to 10 Euros. Mobile tariffs may vary. Offer high flexibility as for instance a possible change of the tariff based on events that occur during the call.
Usage
0900-1 for information and astrology services; 0900-5 for adult. In general all uses possible.
Payout
Payout (fixed-line calls): starting from around 88% of the net-caller-price (e.g. =1,99 - VAT).
Chargebacks
Chargebacks may occur for calls from fixed line networks. No chargebacks for calls from mobile-networks.
Ownership/organization
A 0900 number in most cases belongs to you (Corazón may assist you in the application) and is administrated via the net of Corazón.
Additional information
Disadvantages: 0900 are blocked from many office-connections. Also, high tariffs for mobile phone users may apply.

1.2. 0137 - Your choice for games & voting
Tariffs
These numbers are billed only per call, 0,50 Euro (0137-8,-9) respectively 1,00 Euro (0137-7). Very varying price models for mobile phones. Subscription-models are not possible.
Usage
Best used for short services, or services with high numbers of callers. Originally destined for games and votings.
Payout
Payout: around 75% of the net-caller-price.
Chargebacks
Chargebacks can not occur in a legal service.
Ownership/organization
A 0137 number is always owned by the provider, e.g. Corazón, so there is no other application process involved.

1.3. 118-entrys on a 118-information desk number
Tariffs
Tariffs per minute, up to 2,99 Euro/min. Subscription-modells: limited possibilities.
Usage
For all services. Exclusive usage of 118-numbers for one client can be arranged by only a few companies in Germany, including Corazón.

Payout (fixed-line calls): Starting from around 88% of the net-caller-price (e.g. =1,99 - VAT).

1.4. 0800 - Free Phone for Service and Customer Support
Freephone number for callers from all networks. High acceptance by customers.
Relatively high cost for calls from mobile phones, which can be avoided by excluding these callers. The numbers can be applied for and owned by the service-provider (=you) or by Corazón.
A wide variety of audiotex features is offered by Corazón.

1.5. 0180 – service-oriented numbers with payout potential
“Shared cost” numbers – the caller pays a fee per minute (most common fixed line tariffs: 0180-3 = 9 Cents per minute and 0180-5 = 14 Cents per minute, mobile network tariffs differ).
In some mobile networks, these numbers have relatively high end user prices. Depending on the tariff, you as a service provider will get a payout of up to 50% of the net-caller-price (from fixed lines).
The numbers can be applied for and owned by the service provider (=you) or by Corazón. Wide variety of Audiotex-features available.

Geographic numbers: The intelligent alternative to 0180 and 0800
Geographic telephone numbers can be used as service-phone numbers and offer the same amount of routing-features as available for 0800 and 0180. Geo numbers have a more local flair, and are free to use from many fixed line connections in Germany. Also, calling geo numbers from mobile phones in most cases is cheaper than calling 0180 numbers.
Geo numbers are increasingly used in Germany for servicelines. You as a service provider do nott pay for incoming calls. The geo numbers are in most cases owned by Corazón. All area-codes (e.g. 0211, 080, 069) are available.
Additional Aaudiotex-features are available as for 0180 and 0800.

2. Premium SMS
Premium SMS has a (comparatively) long tradition in Germany and is as common as voice-services. Shortcodes always have 5 digits, e.g. 12345. Shortcodes are available from >95% of mobile phones in Germany.
Tariffs
Possible Tariffs: From 0,29 to 4,99 p. SMS. “MT” (payout per SMS that your client receives) and “MO”-Billing (payout p. SMS that your client sends) available; MO billing is much more common.
Keywords/Application
You may either apply for keywords on a shared shortcode or for your own exclusive shortcodes. Advantage of keywords on shared shortcodes: Very low monthly overhead cost (see price list below) and rapid set-up (2-5 days). Meanwhile, an exclusive shortcode offers you better payouts per SMS as well as access to defaults.
Chargebacks are very uncommon.

3. Content - Voice-and SMS-content for premium-services (Astro/Adult)
Corazón cooperates with the major content-providers in Germany and offers a selection of the most successful Premium-Service content available in Germany. This includes live-services (Dating-Lines, Astro-Lines) as well as recorded content. Operators will be informed specifically about your advertisements and commercials so that an optimal service quality is provided.
Equally available are all kinds of SMS-content, such as flirt/dating/erotic services and astro services.
Apart from services in the German language, Corazón offers services in Turkish and other languages depending on your necessities.
Prices for these services is always per minute, respectively per SMS generated by the callcenter. In most cases there is no set-up fee. Corazón offers integrated packages with premium SMS keywords and 0900/118, simplifying profit-calculation for you.
